ABOUT COLOURWHEEL

Colourwheel is founded on three pillars - Imagine, Play, and Learn. 

We firmly believe that children learn best through various forms of play that can harness the creativity of their imaginations.

It is through play that children learn their most important life lessons; skills of conversation, organisation, participation, cooperation, conflict resolution, and more. Through their seemingly childish games, they understand the value of hard work, and learn to deal with winning and losing with equal grace. They can find their individuality and also understand what it means to be part of a team. Really, the merits of play are endless and the effects, long-lasting.

At Colourwheel, we want to bring value to your family, and joy to your child's play time. With this in mind, we have created, and will continue to bring to you, products that assist with learning in a way that will be fun and engaging for your preschool child. 

 

A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER

   My name is Rashi and my job title for the last five years has been "Mom".

Before I acquired that revered title, I've been a reading and english teacher and have worked with children in the age group of 5 to 13 years old. Being an avid reader myself, I believe that a love for reading, language, and learning begins at a young age; which is why I began reading to my son when he was only one week old. He is now three and loves to select his bed time books on his own. 

Finding games that encourage these habits and aid with learning is something that has been a focus for me whenever I purchase anything for my son. To me, value comes not just from learning the traditional way, but by exploring every avenue and using it as a tool for learning.

Sustainability, growth and development go hand in hand in our home and I have created products that will hopefully achieve all of those goals while bringing value to your family.
